[vpn-help] CMAKE build params for OSX

Oh - the version you compiled last year works fine except for the DNS issue
(that someone patched which is what I was compiling it for).  So it has to
be something different in the setup I'm using to compile vs. whatever was
done to compile the binary on the website.
