[vpn-help] FW: Success with install of Shrew client 2.2.0-beta-2 on Windows 8 Pro

Just FYI y'all,

I was able to install and use the vpn-client-2.2.0-beta-2 on Windows 8 Pro.

I simply set the installer to compatibility on Windows 7 and then ran as administrator.

Since the Windows 8 security and networking are (nearly) unchanged, I figured it had a good chance of working.

Worked without a hitch.

I have not installed the credential function, but I suspect it works as well.
