Hi Thor,

If you generate a debug trace for us, we can determine if there's a 
subnet clash or not.  It may also tell us why the security associations 
are failing.  See this page for generating a log:
https://www.shrew.net/support/VPN_Bug_Report_Windows

You may also want to provide us with the Netgear logs, that will 
probably also provide some information as to why the SAs are failing.
