[vpn-help] v2.2.0 linux iked stops

Sure enough, I screwed up something in my very last commit before the 
release. I have committed a fix to head and the 2.2 branch. Here is a 
patch that you can apply manually ...

# cd source/iked
# patch < pid.diff

Please let me know if you see any other issues.
