Problem:
After installing the client I can connect. But after I reboot, connections time out.
Message: negotiation timout occurred

To Reproduce:

VPN Client Version = 2.2.1 Standard Installation
Windows OS Version = Windows XP SP3
System: Notebook Lenovo T61 
Xp sp3 incl. patches and software are new installed !!

In the file debug.zip you find dump-ike-decrypt.cap and iked.log

If you need more information, pleas tell me.
