Hi Dorian,

I'd suggest you generate a debug log for us so that we can see what the 
Shrew client is trying to do when connecting.  Use the instructions on 
this page:
http://www.shrew.net/support/VPN_Bug_Report_Windows

Attach the log file and we'll review it.
