[vpn-help] VPN working over 3g but not over wifi on windows 8.1

Do you found some difference with 3g traffic? ps. io l'ho usato in wifi
e 3g senza nessun problema a parte quando il campo 3g è scarso ho avuto
fenomeni di questo tipo :)
