[vpn-help] Windows 7 client 2.2.2 and NetGear DGND4000 router

Dear all, 
rereading my message I noted that the issue was not highlighted.

The blocking problem is that the VPN client receives the NO_PROPOSAL_CHOSEN 
notification and the phase 1 is aborted and the tunnel is not established.

Do you know which setting is wrong or in the VPN client or in the router?

There are other test that I can do to refine the issue and find a solution?
