[vpn-help] Windows 8.1

I'm having issues with version 2.2.2 on a computer that was upgraded to
8.1.  I have already uninstalled (including manually uninstalling the
filter driver from the nic), rebooted, and re-installed.  I'm having the
same problem on two different computers.

When connecting it fails with: "negotiation timeout occurred."

Besides reinstalling the only other suggestion I found was installing some
other VPN product.  I have installed other VPN products, but they are SSL
VPN products and not IPSEC (not sure that makes a difference since I don't
understand why installing another product would fix it anyways).

Any other ideas?
