[vpn-help] [BUG] Cannot install on Windows 8.1.

Glad you got it working...I asked about a re-install, as the screenshot shows things being removed, not installed.

But in any case, there does seem to be an installation bug surrounding this somehow.

No, I've never installed on this machine before, though I did upgrade
from 8.0 to 8.1 a while ago. After clicking past the error, it seemed
to keep going and finish installing as normal, but wouldn't create a
tunnel. After rebooting, it seems to work correctly today. Still a
bug, I think, but it doesn't seem critical to installation or
functionality so far.
