[vpn-help] VPN client config - " an error occured while importing site definition"

Hi,

I have installed shrew soft vpn client on windows 8 and when i tried to
import the site configuration file (.vpn file) it says " an error occured
while importing site definition".

Please let me know if I am missing any steps here.
