[vpn-help] user authentication error tunnel disabled

Hi All,

I am getting the below error while connecting to vpn client in windows 8.

remote id configured
pre-shared key configured
bringing up tunnel ...
user authentication error
tunnel disabled
detached from key daemon

Please suggest.
