[vpn-help] WIndows 8.1 Modern Apps not working when connected to VPN

Hi all,

I am having issues with Modern Apps in windows 8.1 when connected to a VPN
using Shrewsoft 2.2.2.

The Modern Apps are not getting Internet connectivity when using the VPN,
any other desktop  application works fine. I have seen some similar issues
in the help list but none of them have an answer on how to fix the issue:

Have anyone found a solution to this issue?
