[vpn-help] negotiation timout occurred in windows 8.1 64bit

Hi,

I have been trying to connect VPN through my laptop. I am getting this
error repeatedly.

I have tried it using different networks, viz.,, WIFI, or cable connection
or 3G but same result.

Also turned off the wirewall.

Please find the attached logs.

Please let me know the solution to fix this problem
