[vpn-help] negotiation timout occurred in windows 8.1 64bit

Hello Alexis,

Thanks for your reply. I am having the same phase1 parameter in two
different machines, I am able to connect from another machine but not from
current one.

Can you suggest me anything that is wrong in the configuration of my
machine.
