[vpn-help] During install, I receive "Error 0x8004a029: Couldn't install the network component".

Hello,
I installed the 2.2.2 release on a 64 bit PC with Windows7 and got, during installation, the "Error 0x8004a029: Couldn't install the network component".
Via RegEdit I could find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network\. However there was no MaxNumFilters
How to avoid this error?  Thank you.
