[vpn-help] Detached from key daemon

Hi all,
I can't connect with the Shrew client installed on a windows 7 machine with
an admin profile. On a windows 10 pc works perfectly. These are the
messages:

attached to key daemon ...
peer configured
iskamp proposal configured
esp proposal configured
client configured
local id configured
remote id configured
pre-shared key configured
bringing up tunnel ...
network device configured
tunnel enabled
session terminated by gateway
tunnel disabled
detached from key daemon

This is the log that is major repeated:
