<div>I have downloaded and installed the Shrew Soft VPN Access Manager client ver 2.1.5 on my Windows 7 - Ultimate 64bit PC</div>

<div>When I attempt to connect to my VPN session I recieve the following information and am unable to connect:</div>
<div>I do not know how to use the Trace Utility where as it won't allow me to click the "Start" icon.</div>
