<div>For those in Malaysia who are using Digi broadband service, if you facing the problem as what i encountered, please do not use the dialer program from Digi, you can download the program called 'Mobile Partner', this is original dialer program from Huawei. </div>

<div>I tested with other telco providers, seems only Digi had connection problem, the IKE phase 1 has been sent out from Shrew Soft client, but some how the packet lost some where which didn't reach the destination gateway.</div>
