The iPhone & iPad use a pull configuration method for their
IPSEC VPN connection. Looking at the Zyxel Knowledge Base, seeing
this entry suggests you may not be able to get it working using
Shrew with a Pull configuration -

They only want to help for Zyxel client, which you need to buy !<br>
I downloaded the trial version, and of course, everything is ok !<br>
May be this "incompatible thing"was deliberate and intentional...
Forcing customers to use a proprietary software instead of a free
one.<br>
