[Vpn-help] 2.1.0-rc1 Connection Status + Firewall

Dear Users,

i just noticed a behaviour in the new release candidate. After i
associate a connection with our endpoint the status in the network
window is still Established - 0 Expired - 0 Failed - 0 but iam connected
at this time. Is this a known problem? What triggers the count in the
status window?

Another thing i'm currently working on it is, that we start
applications over a RPC-Call on remote machines. Any other services works
fine over the vpn-connection - the rpc call on port 6666 TCP not. Are there
any build-in limitations i have to take care of when using the
shrew-soft vpn client? If not - is it possible to listen on the shrew
soft virtual interface for incomming connections on the port mentioned
above with tcpdump, or is this in case of cap/enapsulations not helpful at
all?
