[vpn-help] Win7 Home premium to Netgear FVS338 (PSK)

Connection works fine if the remote computer is connected via LAN or HSDPA.

 

Shrew-client (2.1.6) is unable to establish a connection ("negotiation
timeout occurred") if the client uses WLAN. The phenomenon was reproducible
in at least 2 different WLAN-connections.

 

This issue seems to be Win7(64?)-specific as identical configuration of a
Windows Vista (32-home) machine on the same network-infrastructure worked
just fine.

 

There are no traces of an attempt to establish a connection in the VPN-log
of the VPN-gateway-router.

 

Any suggestions?
