[Vpn-help] ike and 64 bits libs

Hi,

I'm using version 2.1.5 rc2

The cmake script doesn't handle the standard 64 bits libraries location, 
which should be lib64, not lib.
When buillding on a 64bits box, the libraries files are installed in /usr/lib 
instead of /usr/lib64.

I'm packaging ike for Mandriva, and it must respect the standards. I 
had to workaround this by moving lib to lib64 in the spec file (I don't 
have enough cmake knowledge to modify the script).
