[Vpn-help] Win 7 64bit & Cisco VPN - Negotiation Timeout

Hi,
 
I am still having the following issue:
 
 
Hello 
 
I am running Win 7 64 bit and am trying to connect to my office's Cisco VPN.
We
are given an IP, username and password. I have gotten a .pcf file and have
imported that but I still come across the same error: Negotiation Timeout.
