[Vpn-help] Can not import pcf file

Here is the trace log. One thing I have noticed though, if I run either the
Trace program or the client as administrator, it does not disconnect but it
still does not let any traffic through. Either to our network that we are
VPN'ing to or to the WWW.

This typically means phase2 can't be established. You may also want to 
try the cisco-udp NAT-T option which may be required by some gateways.
