[vpn-help] negotiation timout occurred

I am using windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
I downloaded vpn-client-2.1.6-beta-6  .
I have  .pcf file   which I used to connect through my cisco vpn client in
windows xp.
Now in windows 7 that is not working and I have to use shrew vpn client , I
get this error message.

esp proposal configured

bringing up tunnel ...
negotiation timout occurred
tunnel disabled
detached from key daemon ...

please help me what is  going wrong , Its working for other peers for their
account  in there systems.

Also I saw this

and disabled   microsoft virtual wifi miniport adapter  using this
 netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=disallow
still not working , please help me   fix this.
