Just a quick update. A helpful person on the OSR Online mailing list was 
able to point me toward a driver that offers Windows 7 Broadband support 
for the AT&T adapter. Now that I have a test case, developing support 
for these adapters should move forward quickly. I hope to post a new VPN 
Client build with updated drivers in the next week or so.
