[vpn-help] Manually install 'Shrewsoft Lightweight filter''

Is there anyway to manually install the 'Shrewsoft Lightweight filter' onto
a network adapter? I am having trouble connecting with an att aircard and I
noticed that it doesnt list it as a protocol or service (I right click on
the network adapter and go to properties...its not in the list)
