[vpn-help] Access Manager Problem

Good Evening all,

 

I have a problem with the access manager, the program icon is present in
the taskbar, I am able to right click on it and launch a VPN connection
but nothing else. I cannot enter the Access Manager main window.

this behavior appear in only one windows profile on my computer (domain
account), not the other (local).

 

This worked in the past as I was able to import some cisco PIX PCF
files.

 

The OS is Windows 7 x64 and the client version is 2.1.5-release.

 

If you have any idea...
