[vpn-help] Problem with Shrew Soft on Ubuntu

Hello there,

I'm currently trying to make a VPN between my ubuntu desktop and the
FVS338 netgear of my work.

After some time juggling with the conf, i think it's working as i can
see "[FVS338] [IKE] ISAKMP-SA established" in the netgear vpn logs. (and
shrew soft vpn client show "establisehd - 1")

But it seems that i still can't do any ping or ssh over the VPN.

Is there any particular network configuration (route add ?) in Ubuntu i
should do in order to make it use the VPN ? (i choose "use virtual
adapter", is that the problem ?)
