[vpn-help] Windows VPN Client to Cisco IOS C870 Gateway connection error

Problem:

The VPN client fails to connect to my gateway. When I click on connect, the
client application reports that a negotiation timed out occurred. I created
the Shrewsoft connection profile by importing a Cisco VPN Client (version
5.0.04.0300) .pcf file.  I am able to connect correctly with the Cisco VPN
client and have included its log file.  Please let me know if any other
files or information is needed.  Thank you.

To Reproduce:

Connect to a Cisco IOS C870 VPN Gateway.

VPN Client Version = 2.1.6 beta 3
Windows OS Version = Windows 7 RTM, 32-bit
Gateway Make/Model = Cisco IOS C870
Gateway OS Version = 12.4(15)T5
