[vpn-help] .pcf profile import failed

Hello,

I tried to import to the client v2.1.5 OS Win 7 64 bit, pcf profile from  
my Cisco client (5.0.04.0300), but I got "An error occured while importing  
site definition" error message.
I tried to search the archives but I haven't found  a clue which exact  
value could cause the problem.
I suspect that usage of a certificate may be the problem.

I can post the profile or send it.
