[vpn-help] juniper ssg5 phase1 packet discarded

Hello!

Sorry for my English. It is very bad.

I have a juniper ssg5 gateway.
I am trying to connect to it with the Shrew Soft VPN Client using this manual:

as a result i have

IKE<92.36.99.*> ****** Recv packet if <ethernet0/0> of vsys <Root> ******

[VID] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID] [VID]
IKE<92.36.99.*> Peer(vpnAccessGateway) is in main mode(2) but received
packet mode is 4, packet discarded.
IKE<92.36.99.*> Rejected an initial Phase 1 packet from an
unrecognized peer gateway.

in 'debug ike basic' results.

Please help me to understand what is wrong and how to resolve this problem.
