[vpn-help] Please help, I am trying to import the PCF File but always failed, "An error occured while importing the site definition"

Hi, to all.

First of all, I am new with this kinda stuff so please don't laugh at me if I ask some dummy questions.

I just found this program and I am clueless as how to operate it.

I have tried the stable version 2.15 and the beta 2.16 but both failed to import the pcf file that I have.

I have a pcf file from a local bank in Indonesia.  I have the vpn client from them (looks like a Cisco one) but it only supports 32bit.  Currently I am using 64bit with Win7 installed.

When I try to import the pcf file, I always get the error message like this "An error occured while importing the site definition"

I am so hopeless and clueless how to get this to work.  I have tried the other software, the NCP and it can import the pcf file.  Since that one is a paid and expensive program, then I would prefer to use Shrew instead of that one.


Please help me out as how to solve this problem.  If you guys need the pcf, the I will be gladly attach it
