[vpn-help] "negotiation timout occurred" in Windows 7

Hello

I am using version 2.1.5 on a Windows 7 64b machine

I am connecting to a Cisco VPN 

All has been working well for months until yesterday when I started getting
these messages when trying to connect. I don't recall changing any network
settings

I have IPCONFIG / RELEASE  and /RENEW, I have uninstalled and reinstalled
the VPN software  with no luck.

Any thoughts?
