You may also want to try the latest beta of 2.1.6 on Win7.

I ran the .exe file as administrator and got the following message: 
  
"D:\InetDownloads\vpn-client-2.1.5-release.exe 
The specified path does not exist. 
Check the path, and then try again." 
  
Attached pdf has the captured window. 
Now what?
