Hi Julien,
It almost looks to me like the gateway isn't responding at all. Has the gateway's IP perhaps changed?

Nothing that I know of. I have tried getting in from anther machine that is
XP with the Cisco client and that was OK.

Has something changed at the VPN Gateway?
Where is the negotiation timeout occuring? Can you post an iked.log
from the Trace Utility (remember to run it as Administrator) for us?
