[vpn-help] FVS318G Help

At work we have a Netgear ProSafe FVS318G router through which I must
connect.  I am running Ubuntu 10.04 and Ike 2.2-beta9.  When I try to
connect to the VPN it logs the following error:
"2010 Jun  8 18:11:55 [FVS318g] [IKE] Could not find configuration for
<My Public IP>[500]_"
I've been working at this for quite some time but I can't seem to get
past this point.  A bit of information on our setup:
The ProSafe is set:
1. Mode config disabled
2. A VPN Policy is in use with exchange mode set to 'main' instead of
'aggressive'
3. Both local and remote are set to FQDN
4. Preshared key
5. XAUTH disabled
