[vpn-help] Gui strangely changing config entries

Hi,

I saw that too. I installed 2.1.6-beta-4 on Ubuntu 9.10. When you open 
the settings, uncheck the banner and save - the banner will not be 
shown. Reopen the page in the gui, the option is checked again, but 
still will not be shown on connect. But if you change anything in the 
config and save it, the connect banner is back - until you switch it off 
and save again.
