Sadly the lwf-4 is also bad. :-( 
Now I used Outlook 2007 in Virtual PC XP mode, maybe this is a useful information.

Here are two more builds to try ...

Please start by testing lwf-4 and then test lwf-5. I'm hoping lwf-5 is the one to fix the issue because it's change is related to a potential problem that is relatively quick and painless to fix. The other would require more work. Please let me know the results of your testing.
