[vpn-help] VPN Connection Issue - negotiation timout occurred

Hi,

I have just got a new laptop with Windows 7 and had installed the ShrewSoft VPN Client to access the Client network and I'm having problems in the connection.
The following log is displayed:
config loaded for site 'VGSL-Newbury.pcf'
configuring client settings ...
attached to key daemon ...
peer configured
iskamp proposal configured
esp proposal configured
client configured
local id configured
pre-shared key configured
bringing up tunnel ...
negotiation timout occurred
tunnel disabled
detached from key daemon ...

Can you please help me?
