[vpn-help] Tunnel enabled but no traffic possible

Hello,

my Problem is:
Sometimes i have the problem that the tunnel are not enabled and "bringing up tunnel" times out.

But more often he says "Tunnel enabled" but there is no traffic possible after he says "tunnel enabled". No Ping, No Network Shares, No Websites.

Function does the tunnel never.

Because of http://www.shrew.net/support/ticket/6 i had disabled the Shrew Soft DNS Proxy Service.

To Reproduce:
Use a Apple MacBook Air with Parallels, Windows 7 and ShrewSoft VPN Client.
At Windows 7 start the ShrewSoft VPN Client and try to connect.

VPN Client Version: 2.1.5
Mac OS X Version: 10.6.7
Parallels Desktop für Mac Version: 6 Build 6.0.11994
Windows OS Version: Windows 7 Enterprise with Service Pack 1 and Security Updates
Gateway Make/Model: Juniper SSG5-Serial
Gateway Hardware Version: 710(0)
Gateway OS Version: 6.1.0r3.0 (Firewall+VPN)

I can also send you logfiles, if you tell me a email adress to which I can send the log files separately.
