"Auto Configuration" is disabled, given the FVS328 is an older router.

I have tried both using an existing adapter and current configuration and a
virtual adapter and defined configuration (192.168.99.1/24) with equal lack
of success.  This is Windows 7 running in Virtual Box 4.0.8 r71778 with the
NA set as a bridged Intel PRO/1000 (192.168.80.12/24) if you think details of
the configuration might make a difference.

This same bridged approach works with the NetGear client in a similar WinXP
configuration running on the same Virtual Box.
