[vpn-help] Problem Installing Driver

Problem:
When starting connection get network unavailable message.
Windows Device Manager show unknown device and filter not installed
Attempt to update driver on unknown device to filter driver results in Windows Error Report entry below:
Number of filters was changed in the registry to 20
