[vpn-help] IKED log symbols

Please help me understand what the symbols in the log file mean. If they 
represent standard notation, please point me to a good source for 
learning more.

For example, here are entries that I see in log files that I am using 
for troubleshooting. Some seem quite clear, but I need guidance to 
understand the others:

ii  Information?
DB  Debug?
!!  Error?
