[vpn-help] Dreaded "negotiation timout occurred"

Running a new install of Windows 7 64bit on desktop (wired lan only). 
Using an imported .cfg that works on both another desktop and laptop 
behind the same wifi router. There's no miniport device installed. I 
tried uninstalled, installing the latest beta copy. No go. This is the 
first issue I've had with the VPN software installing it probably a 
dozen devices. This happens with AV / firewall disabled or not. I 
uninstalled AV and the issue is still there.
