I think this is implemented in such way that the window is visible in
the taskbar/alt+tab dialog, but when it's minimized, you simply hide
it, and enable the notification area icon (maybe I wasn't clear - I
don't need the window to appear in Alt+Tab dialog when it's minimized
to notification area - just when it's shown as normal).
