[vpn-help] Problem with static vs automatically assigned IP for virtual adapter

Attached is a zip file with two iked.log files.
One shows the working manual IP configuration, the other one shows how 
things fail with the auto assignment.

I've found that when manually configuring the IP there are messages 
about adding IPSEC policies for the configured IP address, while these 
messages are not logged when having the IP auto assigned.
Obviously I used the same IP address for manual configuration that 
appeared in the logs for auto assignment. (192.168.99.16[/32])
For sake of privacy I removed the public IP of the Gateway from the logs 
by replacing it with aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd, so you can still recognize it.
