Hi Freddy,

It looks like you're running into a fragmentation problem on your cable 
connection during the Phase2 negotiation.

Try the following:  in your Shrew client site configuration, on the 
Phase2 tab, change the settings to the following (instead of auto):
Transform Algorithm   = esp-3des
Tranform Key Length   = <will be grayed out>
HMAC Algorithm        = sha1

See if that helps.
