[vpn-help] Cisco ASA-Can't connect to

Hi,
Have a client with Windows 7 64 bit & can't use the Cisco VPN client to
connect to ASA.

Here is the message that comes up when trying to connect:

config loaded for site 'Office Connect'

configuring client settings ...

attached to key daemon ...

peer configured

iskamp proposal configured

esp proposal configured

client configured

local id configured

pre-shared key configured

bringing up tunnel ...

no dhcp response from gateway

tunnel disabled

detached from key daemon ...


Any help would be appreciated.  I have look at support docs and varied the
settings a bit, still not connecting.
